Shop Assistants are our shoppers first point of contact. They are responsible for delivering an excellent standard of service on a consistent basis whilst assisting our customers with their shopping experience in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
Our Supervisors help support our store departments to ensure that customers receive prompt service and quality goods.
They assist their Department Manager to help execute an excellent standard of customer service on a consistent basis which achieves maximum customer satisfaction, through the supervision of assistants.
Department Managers oversee the management of their departments including the achievement of budgeted sales, gross profit, wages and cost control as well as fostering a positive culture within their team through proactive and conscious leadership, whilst executing an excellent standard of customer service on a consistent basis to achieve a high customer shopping experience.
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall management of all departments including the achievement of budgeted sales, gross profit, wages and cost control.
The Store Manager helps ensure that all store operations, financial performance and other functions achieve organizational goals and are executed and maintained to a standard which exceeds customers’ expectations through fostering a positive culture within their team through proactive and conscious leadership.
The Operations teams role is to plan, organise, direct and review the major functions across all stores to maximize potential sales, reduce the costs of doing business and to improve store efficiencies.
Our Operations Managers help promote retail excellence, adopting best practice procedures and to meet and/ or exceed budgeted key performance indicators.
